Impress Stamps:

  • Impress rubber stamps are made with red rubber, closely trimmed on hardwood mounts, varnished and indexed in black. Stamps are shown actual size but because of monitor and browser differences, dimensions may vary a little.  
Ordering:
  • It's easy. Order online via our secure shopping cart. Simply add the items you want to your shopping basket and then click checkout.

Shipping:

  • Orders are shipped through the United States Postal Service (USPS) and sometimes United Parcel Service (UPS). We make every effort to ship your order quickly.  During sales, shipping does take a bit longer than usual due to the increased volume of orders. 
  • Shipping and handling costs for orders within the United States are as follows:

    0 - $25. $5.25
    $25.01 - $75.00  6.95
    $75.01 - $99.99  $7.95
    $100.00 and over FREE

  • International orders: Shipping charges will be the actual cost to mail the package by 1st class airmail. We add on nothing for handling fees.  Please refer to USPS for examples of what these costs will be. Your credit card will be billed once for the merchandise and once for the shipping charge. Shipments outside the USA may be subject to import charges and taxes.  These charges will be the responsibility of the buyer.
  • Due to the changes in VAT collection we are currently unable to ship to the UK and EU. We are working on the ability to collect and distribute the VAT to these two regions. Thanks for your understanding.
  • Some of our products are unique and quantities may be limited.  We'll notify you if an item cannot be shipped within 30 days and you'll be given an opportunity to cancel your order or substitute another item.  Sorry we can not split ship an order unless you're willing to pay an additional shipping fee.   
  • Credit card orders will not be charged until the order is shipped.
  • Sales tax will be applied to all Washington state orders. 

The Impress Newsletter:

  • Impress periodically sends out an email newsletter.  These emails will contain information about new products, sales and special events.
  • The newsletter is only sent to people who have signed up.  To add or remove your name please click here.
  • If you've subscribed to our emails and are not receiving them it might be that your ISP (internet service provider) is blocking them because they think the emails are spam.  In this case, our address, impresscardsandcrafts.com needs to be added to your "safe list".

  • All of Impress' designs are copyrighted and are not to be electronically reproduced for commercial gain. Hand stamped, handmade items are permitted for limited resale. Impress and Impress Rubber Stamps are registered trademarks.
  • You may sell stamped artwork using Impress images if you adhere to the following criteria:

    • All stamped art is individually hand stamped and may not be reproduced or copied using any means other than hand stamping. This includes photocopying, printing, tracing, scanning, etc.
    • Artwork for sale must be hand stamped by the artist personally. Mass production and use of paid workers is not allowed.
    • You may not sell stamped images and/or die cut images as stand alone products.  They must be used in a personally handmade project.
    • Impress images may not be used for logos, trademarks or promotional materials.
    • People selling stamped art assume all liability for their work and agree to indemnify Impress and its artist(s) from disputes arising from their work.

Wholesale:

  • Impress Rubber Stamps is a retail company, we do not offer items for wholesale.

Return Policy:

  • Impress is happy to accept returns for unused or defective merchandise except items in the clearance section or discounted. All discounted and clearance items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged. Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase.  Sorry, we do not do exchanges.  All shipping charges for returns shall be the responsibility of the buyer, except in cases of defective or incorrect merchandise.  All returns must have return authorization, contact us at customerservice@impresscardsandcrafts.com for approval and return address. 
  • Once we receive your package, we will issue a credit to the credit card the purchase was made with within 5 business days. Please note, shipping charges are non refundable.

Privacy:

  • Impress Rubber Stamps is committed to protecting your privacy. Any identifiable information that you share with us is kept in strict confidence and is not traded, sold or given to any other party for any reason not directly related to fulfilling your order.
  • Our site uses cookies to keep track of what you put into your shopping basket.  A cookie is a text-only string that gets entered into the memory of your browser and can be stored on your computer.  While our site can be used without cookies as long as you stay within the shopping section, they significantly add to the shopping experience and we suggest, at least while on our site, you keep them turned on.

Site Security:

  • We take the security of your financial data very seriously. All financial transactions that take place at impressrubberstamps.com are protected with secure socket layer encryption.  SSL encryption is a sophisticated way of encoding data so that it can not be read by third parties.

Impress Gift Certificates

  • To use the gift certificate, you must first enter your key code in the appropriate blank on the shipping and payment type page (step 2) of the checkout process.
  • Once the key code is entered, press the redeem button and you will see the value of your order subtracted from the balance of your gift certificate.
  • Then simply continue the check out process like normal.  
  • Customers will be required to enter their credit card number for security purposes, but their card will not be charged unless their total is greater than the value of the certificate.
  • Any remaining balance on the certificate will be recorded and can be used on subsequent visits.  
  • Please remember to press the redeem button.

Using Coupons at Impress:

  • From time to time impresscardsandcrafts.com offers coupons. Coupons are sent out in emails to anyone who has signed up on our list. 
  • Coupons are only good for merchandise on hand.  They may not be used to purchase gift certificates, class kits, or items in the clearance section.
  • To use the coupon, first enter the coupon code in the appropriate spot during check out.  Click on the redeem button and you'll see that your total is adjusted.   Select your payment method and continue to the next page.
  • Please remember to press the redeem button.

Frequently asked questions at Impress

 What is the status of my order?

Sorry but at this time we do not have order tracking.  We make every attempt to ship your order to you as quickly as possible, usually within 2-3 days from when we receive it.  Sometime we're out of a particular item and if we know that the product is coming to us within a reasonable amount of time, we will hold your order so we can ship complete.  If you have to have an order by a certain date, feel free to email us with the request and we will make every attempt to get it to you on time. 

Does Impress backorder?

If we know we can't get a particular item that you have ordered within a reasonable amount of time, we will ship your order without it.   We'll adjust the total of your invoice and ask that you reorder that item the next time you place an order. 

I ordered a couple of days ago, can I change my order?

Once you have entered your credit card data and submitted your order, Impress would prefer if you did not alter your order.  Any changes that are made slows down the shipping process and may delay your order.

That being said, if you have a special need to change your order, please send us an email , including your order number and we will do our best to accommodate your request. 

How come I saw an item on your site a couple of days ago and now it's no longer there?

At Impress we strive to constantly update our site with new and innovative products. Sometimes we only get small batches or limited quantities of an item and sometimes an item is just so popular, we run out of it quickly.  If a product was on the site but is no longer there, it probably means that we are temporarily out of that item.  Keep watching, the minute a popular item arrives back at our store, we put it back on the site.

Always feel free to email and ask if you're looking for a particular item and we can let you know the expected date of arrival.   

How do I add, remove, or change the quantity of an item that I added to my shopping basket?

To remove an item from your shopping basket, first go to the shopping basket page.  To do this you need to either click on the basket icon located in the top right hand corner of every Impress page, or click the checkout button on any of the product pages.  Then you simply need to find the product you wish to remove and press the remove button. 

To change the quantity, simply find the quantity field next to the product, change the number , and press update.

How come after I added an item my shopping basket is still empty?

If you thought you added items to your shopping basket but found your basket empty when you went to check out, you've probably disabled the cookies settings on your browser.  For more information click here
