Impress has new floral themed wood stamps! We love when we have new images to design with. Flower images are fun to color but they also look great left black and white, especially when they have nice line quality. Here's how to make this simple but elegant card.
Stamp the rose cluster on a piece of smooth white cardstock that's just a little smaller than your base card using a really black ink pad called nocturne. It's the blackest pad out there and stamps with great detail. Add tiny rose gold dots with a rose gold felt pen. The tip on this pen is firm so you can easily create nice small dots with it. We embellish with this pen often as it adds a subtle hint of color to a card design. Wrap the card a few times with rose colored jute string. We added a piece of tape to the back side to keep the string in place when the card is assembled. Mount this panel to the base card using mounting tape so it sticks out just a little. Stamp your favorite greeting inside, one of our favorite new ones is hello, beautiful!
