Look what you can do with one dot and a few great colors. If choosing color combinations doesn't come natural to you, try taking one of your favorite 12" x 12" patterned papers and matching the colors used on that. These papers are designed by experts so you can learn from them. Often they'll use colors you'd never choose yourself but when they all put together, you love it.
